Elaeth has been teaching for 16 years & previously had her own ballet studios. She has danced professionally in WA as a ballet & contemporary freelance dancer and trained at the Royal Ballet School in London. She studied for a BA in Dance at the WA Academy of Performing Arts. Elaeth teaches the internationally recognized Cecchetti method Ballet and has her Associate Teachers qualifications with Cecchetti.
Kym trained with local teacher Louise Naveau for ballet and went on to train 2 years fulltime with David Atkins in Sydney. Kym has danced professionally on cruise liners, pantomimes in New Zealand, Cairns Casino, William Forsythe Productions and in Japan. Kym has been teaching for 6 years.
Belinda Clarke - Jazz & Ballet
Belinda has been a teacher for over 15 years teaching for studios like the Sydney Dance Company. Belinda trained in Sydney at Bodenweiser Dance Centre, The McDonald College and Brent Street Studios. Belinda danced professionally in musicals & as a commercial dancer in Australia & internationally. Belinda also graduated for the Queensland University of Technology of Actors Studio and has had guest roles in All Saints, Wild Side and Young Lions.
Sally has been dancing with the Studio since she was 4 and has achieved Advanced level in Tap & Jazz and also Minor & Major Tap Solos with BAL. Sally gained honors with distinction in Level 9 with Glen Wood Tap Syllabus. She has furthered her training with Jason Samuel Smith & Chloe Arnold from USA. Sally has been competing in Eisteddfods since she was 7 and won multiple Senior Tap Championships.
Jasmyn has completed her Advanced level exams in Tap & Jazz and in 2009 completed Certificate 3 in Teaching Jazz. She is currently teaching Music Theatre for four months in the USA.
Terri has a fellowship Qualification in the Cecchetti Method and hold the Certificate 1V in the teaching of Classical Ballet. Terri has studied and taught all forms of dance including : Classical, Tap, Jazz & Character/National. She operated her own Dance School from 1975 to 2007 in Ballarat Victoria, followed by freelance teaching in various schools around Australia. Terri is delighted to be teaching Ballet at the Julie Ross School of Dance in Coffs Harbour for the year 2010 and is looking forward to meeting the teachers, students and parents of the school.
