- It is important that all students are suitably enrolled in classes for their age and ablility. All teachers are united in their approach to the care of students and to make this our highest priority. It is important also that children are costumed in age appropriate dance gear.
- Punctual and consistent attendance is expected of all students in order to maintain our high standards.
- Respect for teachers and fellow students are of utmost importance at our studio. Notes will be sent home if a student is repeatedly disruptive or ignores uniform requests of the teacher.
- It will be up to the student’s teacher to decide whether a student is ready for exams. Parents wishing their children to do their exams will be advised during 2nd Term if their child is ready. Some students may require extra lessons.
- Parents and friends are not allowed into classes while they are in progress unless invited. (Exception Tiny Tots classes).
- Students who enter eisteddfods as soloists must have at least 2 hours of private lessons for their solos prior to each eisteddfod and their teacher’s approval to perform. This is to ensure that the standards of choreography are maintained.
- Once a student has completed their trial of 3 weeks enrollment they must either let their teacher or the office know if they are continuing and pay the balance of the term fees.
- Once fully enrolled fees for the entire term are due, and all weeks must be paid for.
- Fees are non- refundable but we are happy to give a credit for classes to be taken within a 12month period.
- Students who enroll in an eisteddfod class must also enroll in a ballet class or technique classes suitable to the age category they are enrolled in.
